Enquiries requiring a response, further action or if we are unable to deal with the request, then the Practice will attempt to contact you by telephone or post using your most recent registered contact details.

IslandHealth does not take any responsibility for messages sent to and from the practice, which do not reach the intended recipient. The practice will deal with administration issues via e-mail but cannot guarantee the time frame in which your message will be responded to.
