Medipact is a concept for the provision of General Practice Services at L'Aumone and St. Sampson's Practice. We offer a comprehensive General Practice based scheme without exclusions for medical or age related reasons. Medipact is particularly designed for those who have had difficulty obtaining medical insurance. Membership would confer fee cover for General Practice Services provided by the Practice in the surgery and at home. Membership will be limited by numbers and is open only to current patients of L'Aumone and St. Sampson's Practice.
While promoting this extension of services to our patients, the Partners recognise and support the excellent work of the Private Insurers. We would respectfully discourage those with adequate and affordable insurance from seeking Medipact Membership.
Medipact subscriptions run from January to December annually and are listed below.
Should you join during the year, the fee payable for the remainder of the calendar year, will be adjusted pro rata.
If payment to accompany Application (and signed Agreement), please make cheques payable to: “L'Aumone and St. Sampson's Practice”.
