Dr Lyndon Griffiths

GP with special interest in Cardiology. Additional interests include heart failure management, men's health and diabetes.

Dr Griffiths is an accredited GP with Special Interest in Cardiology having completed a Royal College of Physicians approved diploma and qualified with distinction. He also has a diploma in Electrocardiography. His interests include primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease, heart failure management, men’s health and diabetes.

Dr Griffiths qualified from Liverpool Medical School in 2005. During his undergraduate studies he undertook an intercalated degree in Anatomy and Human Biology gaining first degree honours and also qualified from medical school with honours. Dr Griffiths undertook his General Practice training in Wiltshire and was a Partner for two and half years before moving to join Islandhealth.

He is a keen sportsman and an avid supporter of the Welsh national rugby team and is married to Dr Abigail Griffiths and has 2 children.
